An "AV" rated
attorney, Mr. Gershuni began his practice at the general firm of
Daigneault, Abel & Daigneault. In 1980, he founded his own firm
devoted to dispute resolution involving business, construction, unfair
competition, and allied areas.
Mr. Gershuni
represents the interests of proprietorships, partnerships, corporations,
escrow companies, developers, buyers and sellers, investors,
contractors, landlords, and commercial tenants in litigation and
transactional matters. He has also served as special trial counsel to
the Public Administrator of the County of Los Angeles.
Since 1985, Mr. Gershuni has intermittently served the Los Angeles Court system as a judge pro tempore. He also serves as an arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Bar Association as a pro bono counselor for the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s "Elderline" Project.
